Bill Fondren

Bill owns and operates the Tejas Guide Service on Sam Rayburn Lake in East Texas. Without question big Bill is our most entertaining Field Staffer, making him our most popular guest host. For over 20 years he has guided people from all over the country and is one of the nations top crappie fishermen. If it can be fished for on Sam Rayburn or Toledo Bend lakes, Bill can catch them. We are pleased to have him on our G3 Team.

Aric Hein

For most of us hunting is a passion, for Aric Hein it's simply his life. Growing up in Northern Missouri on the family farm Aric took to the fields and woods at an early age, eagerly wanting to learn more about wildlife and how to make their land better for hunting. Putting his degree from the University of Missouri College of Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources to good use, Aric has now helped many farmers and ranchers develop habitat improvements for their land.

To get a better understanding of the game he pursued, Aric soon became an accomplished photographer and videographer by capturing hours of footage during his hunts. He has donated his time and expertise and brings to life, all of our outdoor adventures by running camera and co-hosting the G3 Sportsman. He is a welcome addition to the family and will teach us all how to become more successful in the field.

Rick LaPoint

Rick is a licensed guide on Tablerock and Taneycomo lakes in SW Missouri. His specialty is bass, trout, and crappie.

An accomplished tournament angler as well, Rick has captured several tournament wins and seems to most always be in the money fishing circuits such as the BFL, Central Pro Am, and the Best of the Best.

A show favorite, Rick not only brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise on fishing but his cheerful attitude makes for a fun day on the lake.

Rick Lowry

Rick is our resident guru on turkey hunting and he graciously donates his time during the season to teach us all how to become a better hunter. Rick is a welcome addition to the G3 family by providing a wealth of knowledge and experience in turkey and deer hunting. He is an active member in the NWTF, an accomplished bow fisherman, and is known for being one of the nations top taxidermist. His deer mounts have earned him top honors in shows across the country and have been featured in numerous publications.

Paul Matt

Paul Matt is the Executive Producer of the G3 Sportsman and the CEO of R.W. Eagles Productions LLC in Springfield, Missouri. Paul has nearly 20 years experience in the outdoor industry and his passion for our natural world shows through in all his work. Just like the rest of the Gator Tough Field Staff, Paul enjoys hunting and fishing above all else and he's constantly planning his next adventure.

Stephen Matt

Stephen Matt is an award-winning photographer and writer. He is also the Public Relation Manager for G3 Boats. Although Steve loves to pursue North American game animals, his one true passion in life is fishing and he currently holds multiple I.G.F.A. fishing records. Steve began working full-time with the outdoor industry in 2002 after retiring from a successful Law Enforcement career, where he served for many years as a State Game Fish Officer and Firearms Instructor.

Lonnie Stanley

Simply one of the best there is. A legend in the fishing industry, Lonnie fished the B.A.S.S circuit for more than 10 years, a Bassmaster Classic qualifier 5 times, and the 87 Mega Bucks Champion. He founded Stanley Jigs back in 1980 and is now one of the top producers of fishing baits worldwide. It is our honor to have such great fisherman and an even finer man be a part of our team. He is also no stranger to television, Lonnie co-hosted the popular Sportsman's Challenge on ESPN for over 18 years.
